In this tutorial I will teach you how to make a Colourful Star Logo.

Here are the steps involved in making a logo like the above one:-
Step-1:
Open a new document in photoshop of any size (I used 454*340 pixels).
Step-2:
Take a new layer. And select the shape tool(keyboard shortcut for shape tool is U).
Step-3:
Have a look on the shapes and choose the star shape.

Step-4: Make the star with any colour.
Step-5: Double click on the star layer to open the layer blending options.

Step-6: Apply the following effects:
Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Bevel And Emboss, Satin, Gradient Overlay.
Step-7: Change the values as given below:

Blend Mode: Multiply
Opacity: 50%
Angle: 120
Distance: 10px
Spread: 0%
Size: 5px
Layer Knocks Out Drop Shadow: Yes
Inner Shadow:
Blend Mode: Multiply
Opacity: 86%
